Co-Founder & CEO
Damian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Blueprint Enterprises, where he focuses on investing in exceptional Canadian businesses and partnering with their teams to accelerate long-term growth.
Before Blueprint, Damian was an investor in both public and private markets, managing capital on behalf of endowments, charitable foundations, and families.
Based in Toronto with his wife, Damian spends his free time surfing, trying to master complex video games, and unwinding in Ontario’s cottage country.

Co-Founder & President
David is the Co-Founder and President of Blueprint Enterprises, where he leads growth, operations, and talent development across Blueprint’s companies.
Before Blueprint, David was an executive at one of North America’s largest elevator manufacturers, driving strategic, commercial, and operational growth. Earlier in his career, he advised companies on operational and financial decisions as both a consultant and banker.
Based in Toronto with his wife, David stays busy keeping up with his two young daughters, playing recreational hockey, and perfecting new smoker recipes.
The Blueprint Enterprises Advisory Board consists of highly accomplished operators and investors. Their expertise helps to accelerate business growth, empower leadership teams, and implement best practices across our companies.
BLUEPRINT ADVISORY BOARD

Yen is the Chairman of the Blueprint Advisory Board. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aravt Global. Prior to founding Aravt, Yen was a Principal of Ziff Brothers Investments (“ZBI”) and a Managing Director at ZBI Equities, ZBI’s equity market-neutral fund. Prior to ZBI, Yen was a Consultant at Bain & Company in its San Francisco, Sydney, Singapore, and Beijing offices. Yen earned a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration (George F. Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.

Chris is a Blueprint Advisory Board Member. He is the Chief Investment Officer of Rutland Gate Partners and is a Senior Advisor at Imperial Capital. He is a former Partner at Imperial Capital and one of the founding partners of AltEx Capital. Chris joined Imperial Capital in 2007 from KPMG where he worked in the M&A department. Chris obtained his Master of Business Administration, First Class, at the University of Oxford and his Honours Bachelor of Commerce, First Class, from Queen’s University. He is also a CPA, CA and is currently a director at AutoCanada, Integral Consulting, and Matrix Sciences.

Mark is a Blueprint Advisory Board Member. He is the Chairman of American Elevator Group, an elevator service business where he was previously CEO. Prior to AEG, Mark was the President and CEO of Vantage Elevator Solutions. Prior to Vantage, Mark held progressively senior roles at Oracle Elevator and Otis. Mark holds a BA from Trinity College-Hartford and a JD / MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Anuroop is a Blueprint Advisory Board Member. He is a private investor and current board member of PrairieSky Royalties Ltd, Calfrac Well Services, and Optiva Inc. Prior to that, he was a partner at 3G Capital, a multi-billion-dollar asset manager based out of New York. Anuroop began his career at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. Anuroop graduated from the University of Western Ontario with degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

Greg is a Blueprint Advisory Board Member. He is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Malleum Partners, a real estate private equity firm. Greg previously held roles at Onex Partners in the Private Equity Group and Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Division. Greg holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
